Opening the night with their own rendition of ‘Clair de Lune’, the bands had hearts swooning from the very start, sending chills through the crowd as their rich, resonant band sound filled the entire arena. They smoothly transitioned into ‘Kite War’, the opening track of their collaborative album AAA.

Although they came from two different countries, the Korean band HYUKOH and the Taiwanese band Sunset Rollercoaster share an undeniable musical synergy, blending their distinctive introspective and experimental indie sounds into a cohesive, hypnotic experience. On stage, their chemistry is palpable, as they create an immersive atmosphere where their music comes together to draw audiences into an entrancing dreamlike universe.

With electrifying, heart-pounding tracks like ‘Citizen Kane’ and ‘Pinky Pinky’, majestic anthems like ‘Wanli万里’, and slower meditative ones like ‘Antenna’ and ‘Candlelight’, both bands masterfully showcased their ability to blend a diverse range of genres to captivate their fans. ‘LOVE YA!’ also sent such positive vibes through the crowd, with everyone waving their hands along. As the night drew to a close, HYUKOH and Sunset Rollercoaster both graced the stage with their respective magnum opuses, ‘TOMBOY’ and ‘My Jinji’, leaving the crowd filled with awe and adoration.

As the fans cheer loudly, unwilling to let the night end, the bands treated them to an encore of ‘Gondry’ and ‘我是一隻魚 I’m a fish’. They even ad-libbed ‘Singapore’ into the lyrics of ‘我是一隻魚 I’m a fish’, stirring up waves of sentiment that deepened the connection between the bands and their fans. Running close to three hours, everyone definitely left with their hearts full, immersed in the dreamy tunes of the two bands.
